2017

• Brandon Academy becomes an IB World School offering the DP (Diploma Programme)
• Arjun Tummala wins school and regional National Geography Bee and competed at state level
• Aden Chiarelli, Adam Alvarez, and Ella McPherson received recognition at the Manatee Arts Festival
• Sophia Rice is selected as a second place winner among 350 students who participated in the 2017 Duke Illustration Contest

2016

• Keira McGrath received third place for the state of Florida in the Elk Lodge Writing Contest
• Danielle Llerena wins Hillsborough County Fair Kids Coloring Contest

2015

• Brandon Academy High School begins with a 9th Grade Class; BA becomes an official IB Candidate School

2013

• Eighth Grader, Nikitha Chandran, finished 11th in the Scripps National Spelling Bee
• Noreen Latif and Rahul Patel (Brandon Academy Class of 2009), were valedictorians for Tampa Prep and Strawberry Crest respectively.

2012

• Three-time school winner, Nikitha Chandran won the regional Scripps Spelling Bee and represents BA at the National Spelling Bee in Washington D.C.

2010

• The Council for American Private Education selects Brandon Academy as a National Blue Ribbon School

2009

• Eighth grader Alina Meador represented Brandon Academy at the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
